Dispatch

Orders for in-stock items placed before 3pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery charges and times

Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Where Standard delivery is offered at £5.99, the estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days. Please refer to the estimate shown at checkout for your order.

Delivery availability and charges may vary according to your delivery address and the items ordered. Please check the final delivery charge before completing your purchase.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. If your order is delayed, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery problems

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will help where possible, although changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.

If your parcel has not arrived, arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number. Photographs of any damage and packaging can help us investigate.
